These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Android applications published by Insight App Solutions on Google Play (the "Apps"), including ResumeFai: AI Resume Builder and Quote Next: Quotes & Wishes, and this website. By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on Android devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Apps except as permitted by law;
  • Use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purpose;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Apps, their advertising, or any connected services.

3. AI-generated content

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate text such as resume content, cover letters, or quotes. AI output may not always be accurate or suitable. Please review it before use. You are responsible for the content you create, submit, or share.

4. Advertising

The Apps are free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Some optional features may be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. Any optional purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to its policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their design, code, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Insight App Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create with the Apps remains yours.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that use of any feature will lead to a particular outcome such as a job offer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight App Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Apps or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
